You should blog about your experiences, your breakthroughs and disappointments and lessons learned. You can also blog about the qualities and benefits of your products/Services. Google looks to the frequency of updates (amongst other criterias) on a site as a key factor in their ranking.
You may set up your own company blog and/or look for an established blog that caters to your target audience and offer to Guest Blog for them.
